INTRODUCING HEELS BASICS & FOUNDATIONS.
EVERY THURSDAY AT 7PM.
📍 SF24/7 TRUGANINA BRANCH

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their technique. You’ll focus on fundamental movements, transitions, and building your strength and coordination. Expect drills and exercises to master the essentials, preparing you for more advanced choreography. In the final 15 minutes, you’ll put your new skills into practice with a simple and fun routine tailored to beginners.
